This beautiful delipidated oast house on the shores of Bewl water was such a pleasure to undertake, the redevelopment took 10 months to complete this high-quality conversion. From underpinning to forming new roofs and cowls, extending the barn back to its original footprint, ground-source heat pump, hand-built kitchen with AGA cooker and of course a large inglenook fireplace with oak brassier beam and bread oven were installed.

The finished project was magnificent, five bedrooms two roundels and one square oast with a barn attached in 6 acres of grounds overlooking Bewl Water.
