Main Contractor
Reinstate the garden bridge’s broken stone balustrading.
First, the damaged copings and balustrades were carefully removed. The copings were all salvageable but several of the balustrades had been snapped beyond repair. Squeezes were taken and the moulds used to cast replacements offsite with an approved stone medium. Once set, they were delivered and expertly fixed by our masons.
This job typifies an essential aspect of our work – undertaking specialist elements of larger projects, often, as in this case, as a subcontractor.
